With over 30 years of business and project development experience, we have helped others realize their goals from conception to completion and beyond. We believe in the next generation of business owners and strive to help them plan for success with sustainability and community front and center for future generations
We collaborate with clients to define their vision or idea by utilizing a systems thinking approach to focus on the questions, not a preconceived solution. Once all the questions and obstacles have been identified a detailed feasibility analysis is performed to validate the assumptions and project. While this process requires upfront invesment of time and money we have a consistent track record of completing projects on time and on or below budget because of the detailed analysis and pre-planning that was performed.
We have advised for-profit and non-profit developers, private investors, foundations and philanthropist on socially responsible investments and projects.
We help you identify and refine your goals to achieve the desired outcomes, then, we design a plan that will help you achieve this. We then take you through the process of implementation. This is a team sport and we work on developing a supportive group of individuals and other businesses to help foster the start up and continued growth of our clients. It's a long term commitment for most taking this path, and having support through the ups and downs is critical for long term success.
In the past 30 plus years, we have built various personal businesses, built or helped grow more then 30 businesses for others, built and remodeled over 200 projects ranging from ground up, major remodels, tenant improvements both residential and commercial, as a contractor and as an owners representative. Each project has had unique challenges and opportunities and we have been there to support our clients through the process.
We have always known that sustainability was a basic building block for all things that are intended to last long and thrive. The farmers taught us that, so did our collective history. Business is no different. We have recently started to learn again in our culture what sustainability means in construction, product development, energy, and business. We are better off financially if we can start with sustainability as a core port of our planning and development. We take this very seriously at Albion.
We believe in freedom and opportunity but if we don't consider our energy needs we won't have either. That's why we started working with projects in the energy sector over a decade ago to help foster the development of more energy types and the use of mixed energy systems in one region.
Most people have very little education in finance or money in general. We walk people through this no matter what their experience level is because it's that important for long term success.
Over the years we have traveled abroad to use the business development to help other communities and individuals who were looking for assistance that would enrich their lives and the communities around them. There is an amazing globe of people who are looking for connection with like minded people. Our network is vast and continues to grow and it's amazing.
You can't build without the proper foundation or infrastructure, the ancient civilizations knew this and we are starting to realize what they understood. With all of our new tech if we don't focus on the infrastructure we won't and can't progress. Pretty simple to understand and that's why we spend time focusing on this for all of our projects.
Education is paramount to achieving greatness. In the past, we have taught a number of volunteer classes from hands on arts, project development, financial literacy 101 and advanced estate preservation and many things in between. Teaching brings another layer of experience for both the student and the teacher. Questions, theories, ideas and more are explored and solutions are crafted. Everyone benefits and we hope to promote and provide more opportunities in the future for the communities we work in.
We've been around for a long time and have learned from some of the best teachers, our clients and our partners. We think outside the box and we look at liabilities.
Understanding the goals, creating the process, designing the outcome and implementing the plan
