She has successfully built hundreds of construction projects and businesses over the years. From small, independent retail projects to large-scale developments with mixed-use services and a wide variety of infrastructure needs, Jen uses out-of-the-box thinking and identifies opportunities for future growth and staying power for her clients. Mahler has worked globally in the sustainable energy industry and has identified and implemented alternative energy production and efficiencies as an extension of her development work. Mahler holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Davis.

Jeff Davis is a seasoned technology and infrastructure executive with more than 35 years of experience spanning data center management, hardware platforms, network infrastructure, mission-critical facility design, construction strategy, and operational leadership. His career reflects deep expertise in developing and operating complex, high-availability environments that support large-scale enterprise and government workloads. Jeff has led the development of multiple large energy and infrastructure initiatives, including energy strategy formulation, feasibility and utilization studies, power profile modeling, and navigation of state and federal regulatory frameworks. He has worked closely with utilities, engineering firms, and operations partners to design scalable solutions, while also developing associated business and financial models to support investment decisions. In parallel, he has structured and executed joint partnerships to enable long-term operational success.
Throughout his career, Jeff has collaborated with major global organizations including Dell, Intel, Microsoft, and Oracle Cloud.
